How do I get started?

Are the 2025 SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG tables already in?
Yes. All three are table-driven in the engine — SSS at the 2025 brackets (5% EE / 10% ER, MSC ₱5,000–₱35,000), PhilHealth at 2.5% EE + 2.5% ER, and Pag-IBIG at the ₱200 cap. When HDMF or PhilHealth issues a circular updating rates, only the database table changes — no code deployment needed.
Can I import our existing employee list?
Yes — all plans include a CSV bulk-import for employees (name, department, monthly rate, SSS/TIN/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG numbers, bank account). Professional and Enterprise plans include assisted migration support to map your existing payroll format into the system.
Does it handle resigned or separated employees?
Yes. The Final Pay module computes separation pay, last payroll, pro-rated 13th month, leave conversions, and loan balance settlement for a resigned or terminated employee, in compliance with DOLE Labor Code Articles 283–284.
Is there a long-term contract?
No lock-in. We offer monthly and annual billing. Annual billing includes a discount. Contact us and we'll walk through the options that fit your budget.
Where is our data stored?
Data is stored on a dedicated SQL Server database for your company. Enterprise plans include data-residency options and a formal DR / backup SLA. For all plans, daily automated backups are performed and retained for 30 days.
